Where you break out on your face can be a direct reflection of what’s going on inside your body, according to senior aesthetician and nurse manager Noelle Tan from the Sloane Clinic. Here she explains the connections.
1. If you breakout on your forehead

REMEDY: Don’t rush through meals. Eat slower so you can properly digest your food

REMEDY: Eat Clean. Clean foods are natural, free of added sugars, hydrogenated fats, trans-fats and anything else that is unnatural and unnecessary. Many people eat clean as a way to diet, however used as a way of life, clean eating can improve your skin, make you feel healthy and full of energy.
4. If you breakout on your chin
This may be indicative of a hormonal problem
