Now, you will be able to tell someone just what you truly feel about their nasal landscape…
Grooming takes a new low this season as Chololi, Japan’s nostril hair notification service is now launched in English, much to the jubilation of their English speaking fans.
For those of you who are not in the know, this innovative service is a godsend if you have been dying to tell a friend or colleague that their nose hairs leave much to be desired but have never found the nerve (or were never drunk or foolhardy enough) to do so.
Apparently, there is a huge market for this type of service as scores of people find themselves in the unenviable position of facing their colleagues’ nasal forestation in silent disgust. If you find such a scenario familiar to you, then Chololi is just the service for you. It allows you to bear your soul and pour out your “hairy” woes in an anonymous email to your nasally challenged friends or colleagues, telling them that their pesky nostril hairs needs urgent attention, in the hope that they will take the hint and get them trimmed for your sanity.
Originally launched in Japanese, the web service is now available for the English-speaking as well. To use it, all you need to do is go to their website and fill out a form. Provide the person’s name, e-mail address, the nostril through which the hair is visible, the number of hairs and you’re done! The message will be conveyed in secrecy.
The website even has options for you to choose the tone with which the message is delivered. There’s mild, strong, commanding, and the nastiest of them all, scornful which I presume is reserved for the most recalcitrant nostril hair offenders or perhaps repeat offenders.

May you find peace again after using this service.
