1. Drink mainly water

2. Move it to lose it
Despite all the diet strategies out there, weight management still comes down to the calories you take in versus those you burn off.
Pick a cardio routine that engages multiple muscles simultaneously to use up more calories such as spinning and cardio kickboxing and try to incorporate interval training in your workout.
