Small upright V with pulse (1 minute): Stand in front of a sturdy chair, and lightly place your hands on it for support. Glue your heels together and lift them slightly, with your toes a few inches apart to make a narrow V. Begin pulsing. You’ll feel the burn in your quadriceps.
