I don’t know if you guys have this problem, but I have been taking so many accidental naps during this circuit breaker period, my body clock is totally out of funk.
A nap does not equate to a good 8 hours of sleep, and with so much idling around the house (after working from home of course, come on), I just have too much energy left to sleep at night.
